Although we have been moulding foam blocks for our own internal use for a number of years we now find ourselves moulding these increasingly our existing and new customers.

Rojac use the moulded foam blocks for milling foam parts as it allows us to control the hardness and density of the parts, typically other suppliers of milled foams will purchase standard slab stock foam and mill this but when it comes to our customers needing seating foams at specific hardnesses or even dual hardnesses foam blocks allows us to mould these exactly and provide hardness test data to back this up.

We own a number of standard block tools with various sizes, some of these come with insert blocks to further reduce the size of the moulded blocks, we also bond blocks together to make larger blocks for milling.

Blocks can be moulded in High Resilience HR flexible foams, CMHR foams, integral skin foams and rigid foams.
