From low volume prototype to full production foam tooling Rojac offer a complete design and maufacture service for all foam moulded componments.
Foam tooling can be maufactured in as little as 2-3 weeks for proptotype tools and parts.
All PU Foam tooling is designed in-house, tooling can be either designed to fit Rojac moulding presses or free standing. Tool modifcations and maintenace services as required, all tooling stored securely and insured on-site.
Rapid foam tooling - Prototype
Typically 2-3 weeks lead-time, production quality foams, all inserts moulded in incluing wires, clips, velcro, tools can be modified material on or off. Tools guaranteed for up to 100 parts.
3D Printed foam tooling - Prototype/Production * New technology *
Typically 2-3 weeks lead-time, production quality foams, all inserts moulded in incluing wires, clips, velcro, tools can be quickly re-printed if changes are required. Tools guaranteed for 100's of parts.
Aluminium foam tooling - Prototype/Production
Typically 5-6 weeks lead-time, production quality foams, all inserts moulded in incluing wires, clips, velcro, tools can be modified material on or off with some limitations, in-mould heating tooling can be textured. Tools guaranteed for 1000's of parts.
Steel foam tooling - Production
Typically 5-6 weeks lead-time, production quality foams, all inserts moulded in incluing wires, clips, velcro, tools can modified material on or off with some limitations, in-mould heating tooling can be textured. Tools guaranteed for 10's of 1000's of parts.
